At VAAIG, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before purchasing our hair coloring products.
1. Eligible Refunds and Returns
We accept refunds or returns under the following circumstances:
Unopened Products
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the protective seal intact.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair coloring products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us assess the issue, we may request supporting information such as photographs of the product and packaging.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
Lost Shipments
If your order is confirmed as lost during transit, please contact us. After verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
However, for hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or otherwise altered after delivery.

3. Return Process

Before returning any products, please contact our customer service at support-eu@vaaig.com.

Do not return any products without prior authorization from VAAIG. Return instructions will be provided by our customer service team after reviewing your request.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you return an eligible product for reasons other than damage, defects, incorrect items, or shipping issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is caused by a defective product, damaged shipment, incorrect item, or other error on our part, VAAIG will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
5. Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and, where applicable, the returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you may place a new order separately.
7. Important Notes

Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

VAAIG reserves the right to request reasonable evidence to support claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost shipments.
