1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to European Union (EU) countries only.
Customers outside the EU should visit our regional store.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options via DHL / FedEx:
- Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days — $5.8 USD
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days — $27 USD
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local holidays, pandemic situations, or logistics delays.
4. Tracking Information
All orders include a free DHL/FedEx tracking number.
Customers can track their shipment in real time after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All applicable EU customs duties and taxes are covered by VAAIG.
Customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
After investigation, VAAIG will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
